If you wish to return one or more items in your order, you can do so within 15 days of receiving the goods.
- If you have registered on the Website, access the Orders section of your ACCOUNT, and follow the instructions;
- If you have not registered on the Website, access the section here using your e-mail and order number. Follow the istructions.
Once the online return request procedure is over, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of your return.
We offer free shipping labels to return the goods to our warehouse. The return label will be generated during the return request procedure.
Our warehouse shall check the returned items as soon as we receive them and a return file shall be opened.
A refund shall be issued within 14 working days from receipt of the return and the Customer’s credit card or Paypal account shall be credited (according to the payment method originally used).
We kindly ask you to include all details of the return inside the package (Customer name/order number) to make it easier for us to record the returned item.
Yes, you can do that. You can either choose to return the order using the online procedure or you can go to an official Dainese store in your country. Please consider that it is not possible to make a return to a store in a different country from the one where you had your online order originally delivered. No, we only accept returns from products purchased directly from tcxbootsit.sbs. Please contact the dealer where your item was purcahsed.

SIZE EXCHANGES
When you request a return, if the size you need is available, you’ll be able to request a size exchange. However, colour exchanges are not possible.
Once the warehouse has received your return and verified its condition, we will prepare the shipment of the new size immediately. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package is ready.
No, if you return an item to request a size exchange, you won’t receive a refund but we’ll send you the new size at no additional cost.
At Dainese stores, you can return your item in-store and a refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for the order. After that, you can purchase the new size directly in the store.
Yes, you can return the exchanged size, but you won’t be able to request another size exchange.
